Seller reviewAbbey was the exact person we needed to sell our home. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and supportive (emotionally and professionally). She was always available, explained everything clearly, and added thoughtful touches around the house like framed descriptions of each room. She also congratulated us with a bottle of champagne for the adults and chalk for the kids. Abbey made the process smooth and we highly recommend her.

She was supportive, patient, knowledgeable and professional. We used Abbey as a buying agent, and it was so assuring to have her looking out for our best interests. She is also honest which was very important to us as we weren't from the area, so we relied upon her insights in regard to pricing, value and location. She was also a lot of fun to work with as she has a great sense of humor! I would definitely use Abbey again and recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in the Des Moines and Des Moines suburban area.

I worked with Abbey Robertson when I sold the last house I owned and she was fabulous. She was able to provide market specifics and sales details. I was so impressed by her during that sale, when my spouse and I decided to purchase a local home, I contacted her again because I knew the process would be handled professionally, and she'd have the answers to my questions regarding a property of interest. I was not wrong! Abbey Robertson had specific details regarding the listed property and if she didn't know the answer, she found out within the same day. She kept us informed throughout the process and was available during non-traditional hours (weekends, after 5:30pm weekdays) because my work schedule limited my daytime availability. I've given her name to coworkers as I'm certain they would be as pleased with her impeccable knowledge, skill, and performance!
