Abbey Robertson of CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate

We used Abbey Robertson with Century 21 Signature Real Estate when we arrived in Iowa just under three years ago and when we left Iowa recently. Between our first and second transactions with Abbey, I recommended her to several friends and all were completely satisfied. She is a consummate professional and immensely knowledgeable. She was a great consultant on both the purchase and the sale.

Abbey and her team were wonderful to work with! I was purchasing my first home from out of state after a couple of visits to the area, so having a realtor with great knowledge of the area was very important to me. In my first conversation with Abbey it was clear that she had that knowledge. She took plenty of time to get to know me and understand what was important in my home search. She then was able to on the spot provide areas of town that would work best for me and even provide ideas on good areas for running because that was an important thing for me. To start my home hunt Abbey provided a great overview of the whole process. This was very beneficial so I knew what was coming up and each part of the process was less scary because of that knowledge. I was amazed how much time she was able to take to work with me and view houses. After a long day viewing many homes, I had found a home I wanted to make an offer on. My family and I left to get some food. During that time Abbey and Stacey couldn't have taken more than a 5 minute break! By the time we were done with lunch and returned to the office they had a bunch of paperwork ready to go and a nice packet of comparable homes to help make the offer. While making the offer Abbey was able to put in some important stipulations that I would have never thought of that alleviated the only concerns I had about the house. Abbey continued to be there guiding for every step from inspection to closing. She had contacts for everything I needed and then some. During the process the selling agent was frequently slow to respond, but I never had to worry because Abbey was always staying on top of things. The whole process was very smooth thanks to her hard work. I really can't express just how helpful she was during the whole process. I would highly recommend Abbey to anyone buying or selling a home. She will work tirelessly for you and is one of the nicest people you'll ever work with!
