Buyer reviewAs I began the process of selling and buying a home, Century 21 Resltor, Abbey Robertson was there for me from the beginning. She was professional in explaining the process to me and always treated me with respect and kindness. She listened to my list of expectations in finding a new home and guided me with those in mind. She kept me aware of and up to date on new listings and arranged a time for viewing any property that I wanted to see. She knows West Des Moines like the back of her hand and was able to focus on that area for me. Abbey Robertson clearly explained all documents and kept me on track with the necessary steps and timeline I needed to follow. She has all of the attributes of being an informed, hard-working realtor. Fortunately for anyone who requests her as their realtor, Abbey Robertson is also trustworthy, prompt, efficient, reassuring, and friendly. She also possesses a great sense of humor to make a somewhat challenging experience for a seller or buyer, calming and less stressful. Needless to say, when it comes to hiring a real estate agent to help buy or sell a home, I'm SOLD on Abbey Robertson!
