Buyer reviewThe trust factor was very important to me. I had no idea that Adam was going to be so helpful and in a very short time I found that he was extremely professional and went to my top list in the trust area. I did tell him up front about the trust issue and he rose to the top quickly. I would not hesitate using him again and would recomend to friends and family or anyone I met where the need for a realator agent was needed.

Seller reviewAdam was nothing short of AMAZING! This was a unique sale (with power of attorney) and he understood all of the things going on that was needed for me to be able to sell the house. He was always available and communicated every detail to me every step of the way. He even went above and beyond to pick up and deposit the check into a local bank since I am not local to the area. Even speaking with him from the very beginning (just a prospect of selling the home) I knew I had to choose Adam. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Seller reviewWhile doing a search for local realtors on realtor.com we noticed that Adam Hayes had plenty of 5 star reviews along with 3 specialist designations. He was exactly what we were looking for. Adam gave us an excellent booklet explaining the process of selling a property at our first meeting. He also hired a professional photographer which resulted in superb photos of our home displayed online. Within hours of listing our property, Adam presented us with an offer. Even though that offer did not pan out, Adam worked hard to quickly find another buyer and we were able to close within the time-frame we were hoping for. We had a few back and forth negotiations with the buyer and Adam's advice proved to be very valuable in getting our property sold within our time frame. We appreciated that Adam answered our questions very quickly. He was also willing to offer guidance during our negotiations with the buyer. Adam certainly lived up to his high ratings. My wife and I enjoyed working with him and we will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.
