Seller reviewAdam was very knowledgeable when we had questions and concerns in the sale of our home. He was calm and reassuring when needed but also could be a pit bull when obstacles arose. We had a few set backs to no fault of him or our home due to our sale being contingent on the sale of another home which fell through. Ultimately, the same buyer came back to us after selling theirs to a cash buyer. We have closed the deal and so relieved that the whole process ended with the sale of our home and feel we couldn't have done it without Adam. We highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs!

Buyer reviewMoving from Pennsylvania to South Carolina in a relatively small time frame meant we needed a realtor who was ready to jump through hoops for us. Adam Hayes met those expectations and then some! We had one day to look at houses and make an offer. With Adam's help, we were able to see eight different houses, one of them a second time later in the evening after he had already went home. There was no hesitation when we asked to see it one more time, after hours. Without Adam's expertise and commitment to go the extra mile, I do not think we would have found our perfect home. He made the entire process simple and stress-free. I would 100 percent recommend Adam Hayes to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Myrtle Beach area. Adam, we cannot thank you enough.
