Adam Hayes of CENTURY 21 Broadhurst

To begin, I contacted Candace Habib, who sold me this condo in 2017. She introduced me to Adam Hayes, who has found the right profession. He is fabulous at his job and actually enjoys it! Adam and I had several good, long chats, over the phone, and decided not only to sell 10k higher than was comfortable, but he needed to have a good time selling it as I was not in a rush to sell and it was a fabulous property. This is the best part, Adam got pictures donr and a video made in between checkout, cleaning and check in of a FULLY booked vacation rental. Not only that, we had a contract within 19 days, full asking, and they never stepped foot into the condo. It was based on the pictures and video...STELLAR!!! From day one (which was the day after Thanksgiving of 2020) Adam has been super helpful in the entire process. He was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the entire process, including trying to find us a loan officer that was willing to work with people having not so good credit. The fact he wasn't willing to give up on us after multiple loan officers weren't the best fit for us meant a lot considering we had multiple challenges along the way, not to mention we lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee and trying to buy in Myrtle Beach, SC. My partner, David, and I eventually settled on a new build and Adam was great at listening to all the issues we were having along the way through the purchasing process even though we chose to use the builders lender, which was a huge mistake but either way Adam listened even though most was out of his control. He was present for us during the 1st walk through when we couldn't and was present during closing. Besides our closing gifts he gave the most impressive thing was he rescheduled his birthday party to help us move into our new home….. which by the way was on July 4th weekend….I do NOT know one person that would've done that much less a real estate agent. David and I have dealt with multiple agents, this is our 3rd house we've bought and we thought we've met the best agent ever until Adam and he is definitely tied with him….I say tied because it just is so so so hard having to make that decision to pick one over the other for sure. I will recommend Adam to anyone that I see or hear of looking for a new home in the Myrtle Beach area for sure.

I was remotely selling a condominium for my parents who moved out west to be closer with family in their advancing age. Adam Hayes was very knowledgeable of the condominium development having conducted past sales there and was very detailed in describing the local sales process and associated marketing to a non resident. He was made himself readily available if I had questions or concerns which was no small feet considering the 3 hour tone zone difference. To complicate matters one of my parents unfortunately passed away during the transaction but Adam managed to keep everything on track for the original closing date. Adam was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend his services! I just want to say Adam was exceptional in his handling of this transaction considering the obstacles that arose by being out of state sellers and an unfortunate family event during the contract process.
