Seller reviewI was remotely selling a condominium for my parents who moved out west to be closer with family in their advancing age. Adam Hayes was very knowledgeable of the condominium development having conducted past sales there and was very detailed in describing the local sales process and associated marketing to a non resident. He was made himself readily available if I had questions or concerns which was no small feet considering the 3 hour tone zone difference. To complicate matters one of my parents unfortunately passed away during the transaction but Adam managed to keep everything on track for the original closing date. Adam was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend his services! I just want to say Adam was exceptional in his handling of this transaction considering the obstacles that arose by being out of state sellers and an unfortunate family event during the contract process. I couldn't have asked for better service from an agent
