We met Adele by chance. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We sold it in 48 hours for around $15,000 over. She even worked with the buyer so we can stay in the house for a couple of months so we can find a house at no charge. I recommended Adele to my daughter and a friend. Adele Suddes is a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent with Century 21 Miller Elite in Fernandina Beach, FL. She has an eagle eye for details on appraisals, financial documents and more. She is your advocate from start to finish. She is a bulldog and has a go get'em approach in dealing with issues that arise from making an offer to closing. My first contact with Adele was on Jan 11, 2022. She immediately began sending me available properties that met my criteria. I put an offer on the "perfect" condo on ..... after only seeing it via FaceTime as I live in GA. She is skilled at negotiating offers and recommending options that helped me win the bid!!! There were 4 others bidding on the same condo. The closing was set for March 4, 2022. That was delayed due to issues with my bank pertaining to a low appraisal that she successfully fought to get corrected. She managed to escalate the process and a new closing date was set for March 10th. More banking delays, but Adele was steadfast. The bank's internal issues caused yet another delay. Luckily the sellers were flexible. The closing was finally set for March 17th. It finally happened and I am now the proud owner of a beach condo. Adele became a trusted friend through this process. It has been 25 years since I last bought a home and times have changed. I could not have navigated this complicated process (at least for me) without the support, advice and direction Adele provided. Her MBA in marketing, sales, negotiations, communications make her extremely qualified to tackle all aspects of the real estate market. If this rating offered more that 5 stars, I would definitely give her a 10, as that is what she deserves. Adele was very knowledgeable about the entire process of selling our home. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. She worked hard to help us prepare our home to sell and was always available for questions and advice.

I cannot say enough about Adele - it was like having a concierge realtor! She is so well organized, responded to everything quickly. When the selling agency responded with a very poor reduction in price she called them. The circumstances were that the person responsible for the bids had been out and someone filled in. Adele got very strong reassurances from her, a committment to review it and we got the total reduction in price we hoped for within days!!!! After completing initial inspection, the inspector and I called her from the property to report the need for a new roof and new windows. The following morning she had window and roofing inspectors onsite inspecting, documenting the current state and quoting replacement. She then used those in the bargaining process.
