We highly recommend her for any real estate matters.. whether just looking, or buying and selling property and also for suggestions on who to use for inspections, and local contractors to use in preparing property for a sale or for making sure property to purchase is in good condition. She is very familiar with local properties and the market..she is willing to find answers if she doesn't already know answers.. and lastly, she really cares if the property suits you to buy or if your property is ready to sell. We are very pleased with Adele as our agent and mostly for her care and concern that we are happy , and for her quality of professionalism and honesty and timeliness. We plan to use her for our future real estate needs and will certainly recommend her to our friends and family..

If you call/text with a question she will respond within minutes with the right answer and the information that you need. She's really too good to be true! Adele really knows the market too. The house we were interested in was way over priced; she told us what she thought it was worth (which was considerably less than the asking price) and the sellers accepted it! A very important factor to us is that she is a very good, kind, person with a wonderful personality that you can enjoy working with, and that is not just for show! She honestly cares about making your home buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible and meeting all your expectations. Even though we have purchased our home, we know that if we had a home/property related question that we could contact her and she would get back to us immediately with an answer.
