Buyer reviewWe started working with Adele Suddes in January of 2022 with a goal of purchasing a future home in Fernandina Beach within 2-3 years. Adele understood our goal and was very accommodating during the next 3 years. Between 2022-2025, we visited Fernandina Beach 7 times and met with Adele during most trips. Adele answered many questions and provided information in regard to different neighborhoods. When we finally found the perfect home, Adele assisted us with negotiating the contract from Colorado, arranged various inspectors and made sure we were comfortable purchasing the home from a distance. Not only did we find a realtor that was patient, kind and always available, we feel that Adele was a friend that we could trust. Adele is very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. We highly recommend Adele to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Seller reviewAdele was everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. She was knowledgeable about the market and confident, without being cocky. I thought the listing price was aggressive, however, we had an offer by the end of the first week. Although, we didn't accept offer, Adele continued to market property and in the end we got a very agreeable price. Throughout the process Adele was accessible and regularly provided updates. As an out of state seller, we appreciated knowing she had our back. I would highly recommend Adele Suddes.
