Seller reviewWhat a fabulous five star real estate experience with Adele Suddes. Truly an outstanding, professional in every manner. As a 34 year Realtor/Broker, I probably expect more than most sellers. Adele kept me continuously updated during the entire process through closing. Her marketing is spot on. She included staging, professional pictures and a drone view of the beach. She truly goes above and beyond. Right before closing, I had emergency surgery and could not travel to remove personal items from the property. She packed and shipped it - what a relief! I would gladly recommend Adele to any friends or family because I trust she will treat them the same. Thanks again Adele!

While we were in Fernandina Beach, she was super accommodating showing us all the oceanfront houses on the market, and after we had returned home, quickly got over to another oceanfront house immediately after it had gone back on the market and facetimed us so we could see it as she went though the house. We were 300 miles away. She got the contract to the seller just as quickly and got us under contract in no time that same day. Her attention to detail has been over the top throughout all this, and her suggestions and help invaluable, as well as her resources. On top of all that, she's super nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely list with her if and when we decide to sell, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell there.
