I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Adriana was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work, she did prior to buy, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She's a true professional . She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, "she listens" and then asks thought-provoking questions which ensure you get what you really want.

I was so fortunate to have found Adriana Rossi as my Realtor representing me in selling and buying a property. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated and worked with. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for me. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating from the sale of the condominium to the purchase of the new house. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. She went above and beyond to help me find the right home in the right price range. She was patient and extremely helpful. I had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with me on these issues. Long story short, I ended up moving out from the selling property and moving in to the new property the same day. I wasn't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Adriana was always very informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had the best interests in mind for me. She was always on my side working to make my home purchase as simple and successful as possible. I am not an experienced buyer but she managed to be there with me and was always working on answering any questions, giving good advice and finding homes that met my needs. She wasn't there only trying to make a sell. I now consider Adriana a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks very much again Adriana!

I want to thanks Adriana for her support during the recent purchase of my property. Adriana went above and beyond to help me find the house she knew I would fall in love with... and she did she found my dream home. I cannot be more happy about the decision I made thanks to Adriana that found my property. Adriana dedicated a great amount of time with me to go over all the options I had and see many properties. She also took the time to sit with me to listen to what I wanted. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the business.The entire transaction was very fun and I had no doubt that when she showed me the last house in the list I had picked that was the one for me. Adriana negotiated a great deal for me and I am very thankful for that. The house is beautiful and the place is so peaceful. Adriana was extremely helpful during all phases of the sale process. From making specific recommendations regarding the physical preparation of the house, to explaining the whole process as it unfolded, to keeping us informed of important developments and responsibilities particular to the sales process, she was always there to advise and to help.

I met Adriana through my mom and we both instantly loved her. She has a magnetic personality and is such a sweetheart! My partner and I were living in less than acceptable conditions and were desperate to move and Adriana made it happen. She was working around the clock for us and was constantly making sure we were not being taken advantage of, she really rooted for us and wanted the best for us. In the beginning, she spent her whole Sunday with us in her office showing us all sorts of options, and even though most of them were out of our price point, she did not make us feel discouraged. Afterwards, she scheduled a showing for the properties we liked and we fell in love with the first one. She not only was helping us find our new home, but also helping us get out of old lease. The landlord from who we were renting was horrible and Adriana asked her broken and lawyer friend for legal advice for us, and with their advice is how we were able to get out of our lease. Had it not been for Adriana, we would have still been living in that dump and now in our beautiful new home. From the moment we signed the first contract saying we wanted to purchase our home, we closed exactly 30 days after. Now, those 30 days were crazy busy, but Adriana made us see the light at the end of the tunnel. In the end, we got our perfect little home and we could not have done it without Adriana. We are eternally grateful we found her and are glad to have a lifelong friend in her. She is the absolute best!
