From making specific recommendations regarding the physical preparation of the house, to explaining the whole process as it unfolded, to keeping us informed of important developments and responsibilities particular to the sales process, she was always there to advise and to help.

I met Adriana through my mom and we both instantly loved her. She has a magnetic personality and is such a sweetheart! My partner and I were living in less than acceptable conditions and were desperate to move and Adriana made it happen. She was working around the clock for us and was constantly making sure we were not being taken advantage of, she really rooted for us and wanted the best for us. In the beginning, she spent her whole Sunday with us in her office showing us all sorts of options, and even though most of them were out of our price point, she did not make us feel discouraged. Afterwards, she scheduled a showing for the properties we liked and we fell in love with the first one. She not only was helping us find our new home, but also helping us get out of old lease. The landlord from who we were renting was horrible and Adriana asked her broken and lawyer friend for legal advice for us, and with their advice is how we were able to get out of our lease. Had it not been for Adriana, we would have still been living in that dump and now in our beautiful new home. From the moment we signed the first contract saying we wanted to purchase our home, we closed exactly 30 days after. Now, those 30 days were crazy busy, but Adriana made us see the light at the end of the tunnel. In the end, we got our perfect little home and we could not have done it without Adriana. We are eternally grateful we found her and are glad to have a lifelong friend in her. She is the absolute best!
