I had intended to interview 2 other agents and select one of the 3, but Adriene impressed us with the work she did prior to meeting with us, her knowledge of the area, her willingness to give advice in a way we could easily receive it, and her professionalism. We signed with her without reservations and she supported us every step of the way. Adriene was proactive about all aspects of selling our house! She helped with staging, she communicated every step of the way (Miss Utility is coming out, then the sign will be installed for example), she had recommendations on who to use for pest and water inspections after we went to contract, and how to negotiate with the buyer. We were 100% satisfied and then some. It's not every day I feel excited about a deal of this magnitude, but she was that supportive. Adriene has the experience to foresee what might go sideways and either prevent it or have a plan to address it. We felt she was on our team and actively helping things along. She had a backup buyer in case the primary fell through, she used the backup as a negotiating tool with the primary, she was excited for our process both of selling the existing house and buying a new one (that was not in her geography). She read that contract and helped me feel great about signing it; that we would be able to meet our obligations to sell this house in a timely fashion in order to close on our new home. Adriene was proactive and made a detailed process flow smoothly! I would use her again every time and recommend her to anyone!!

We really enjoyed our experience with Adrienne. She is very professional and an absolute joy to work with. Adrienne is an expert in real estate. We had some issues selling our home and she went above and beyond. The seller for the home we purchased for wanted to walk away because of the delay but Adrienne is a unicorn and worked her magic. She made sure that we understood the entire process and took time to provide education on home buying information outside of the scope of what we needed.
