Buyer reviewHighly recommend working with Adriene Pessel. She made buying a house in Virginia from Florida uncomplicated and even fun! As an agent, she takes the time to listen and understand her clients. The first time we talked on the phone she made an effort to learn our family's needs by asking questions and helping us understand the possibilities in the area. Next she took us through a presentation outlining the entire process of buying a home. When we flew in to look at houses for 48 hours we visited nearly 20 homes and we felt that we were able to get a good sense of the area. As a negotiator, Adriene is thorough. She walks you through all of your options so that you feel empowered and confident. She is the regional educator for Century 21 and as a trainer of real estate agents -- knows every rule in the book!
