Buyer reviewAdriene was above and beyond anything we could have expected. She was patient in our purchase process that lasted ~9 months! It was a sellers market. We put in several offers and got outbid multiple times. We then decided to buy a new home and the day we were going to submit our official offer for the new home, we got an unexpected tax bill. That tax bill caused us not to put in the offer that we had planned and pause a few months to rebuild our down payment fund. After a few months, we found another new home development and let Adriene know about it. She looked at it and agreed that it fit our needs. We submitted our official offer and Adriene was excellent throughout the process. We had never purchased a new home before and Adriene made sure we understood everything, our desires were voiced, and we got the most value out of builder incentives. Throughout the process, she felt more like a friend with great advice than anything. We'll definitely use her again! 5 stars!!!
