I cannot thank Agnes enough for helping me purchase my first home. I was incredibly blessed to have met Agnes about a year ago through a common friend. When I was ready to explore the real estate market, I reached out to her and she met with me right away. She gave me a very thorough introduction and explanation to the home buying process, the escrow process in CA and the real estate market. When I found the home I was interested in, she drove everything from initial contact with the listing agent, scheduling the viewing amidst the new covid requirements, to putting forth an offer. She is an incredible strategist when it comes to putting in the right offer. What I appreciated the most is that she provided me with the right tools and resources to get comfortable in making an offer. As an inexperienced and first time home buyer, I had a lot of trepidation about everything and needed a lot of hand holding. She was a great coach for approaching the offer and she assembled a team from her contacts (title insurance, lawyer, handyman, etc.) to educate me in areas I needed to process in order to get to the right decision for myself. It was a competitive process, the property was in a trust and it was a fixer...it had all the nuances and endless amounts of learning experiences. I couldn't have landed my dream home without Agnes. ?? She's a consummate professional and always on top everything. She kept me informed of updates and developments throughout the difficult and lengthy process that made me less anxious. She always encouraged me to stay positive during the moments when I was losing steam. On top of that, she's also an amazing person who is friendly, approachable, reliable, and a caring personality.?? I am enormously grateful and will highly recommend Agnes to friends and family who will buy a home.

Agnes went above and beyond to get us our dream home. We had a strict timeline for moving (as we were expecting our first child) and felt very discouraged when the new build community we wanted to live in had a year waiting list. Thankfully we had Agnes for our agent who persistently called the new build's management and was able to get us on the top of the list! Thanks to her we were able to have a brand new house at the exact time that we needed to move. She pulled off a miracle!
