Buyer reviewThe house I was looking for had to match a number of requirements to make my elderly parents feel comfortable. Agnes took this information into serious consideration and was always concerned for my parents. Since I have my mom join me in checking out probable properties within our parameters, Agnes was mindlful in asking my mom what she thought and what would be best. Having the same first language helped in delivering a sensitive and caring service. Ms. Ma has been sympathetic and professional.
