He guided us in the negotiations, he was very prompt with all contracts and communication, encouraged questions and accompanied us on all important visits. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. Throughout the process, he provided us with step by step instructions on managing all aspects from the time we began working with him. We couldn't ask for a better realtor. Aki went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase of our new home, in addition the sale of our condominium went smoothly. Again, he was extremely conscientious to our needs and helped us find the right home. When I called the office once to ask a quick question, the office staff were friendly and courteous. They also answered my question promptly and with accurate information. Aki came highly recommended by friends, colleagues and acquaintances in our community, and I can see why. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the market and his marketing plan for the sale of our home. He had great ideas on how to make our home more appealing to buyers and always provided useful feedback after every showing. He is exremely patient, kind and always answered our calls and concerns. It is rare and refreshing to have an agent so dedicated to helping his client rather than focused on his commission. During my home purchase, Aki's advice was very valuable especially with the final price negotiation. Throughout both the sale and purchase of our homes, I felt that Aki was always looking out for my best interests. I would gladly use him again in the futere and highly recommend him to friends. SJ

Buyer reviewWe worked with Aki on a previous sale. The property to be sold was going to be an EXTREMELY difficult sale, which he handled with the utmost professionalism. He actually got us more from the sale the we ever thought we would be able to get. We never considered going with another broker after that association. If there was a higher choice than excellent, I would happily have chosen that. He is an outstanding professional. This literally has been one of the most stressful periods of our married lives. We can't imagine having gone through it with another agent. The attorney we hired for the purposes set forth above was less than available to answer many pressing questions during this process. Without Aki, we would have been completely in the dark about many things. At one point it was necessary to contact him while he was out of town, which he informed us of prior to his departure, and he not only took our calls but resolved our problems in the most expedient manner, literally talking us off the edge in a most critical situation by providing our lender with all necessary documents to procure our loan commitment.
