Alane was incredible! It was our first home-buying experience and we did it with a toddler and had a baby between getting our offer accepted and our closing date. Alane was always full of energy for our toddler and would play with him while we looked at the houses in more detail. It got to the point where we would get in the car and his question would be, "Going to look for houses with Alane?" She was more than willing to share her knowledge not only about the home-buying process but also her knowledge of Stillwater. We looked at both potential rental houses and long-term homes and she was helpful in both areas. She has experience in rental properties in Stillwater and has an eye for potential issues or good opportunities. We ended up purchasing a home that we hope to be in for a long time, but we look forward to working with Alane in purchasing an investment property or two in the future. Beyond her knowledge, expertise and experience with real estate in the area, Alane is a genuinely kind and loving person. When our baby was born, she brought us dinner and she also brought something for our toddler to let him know that he was loved. I would have never thought I'd walk away from the home-buying experience with a friend, but that's how I truly feel about Alane. If you are looking for a realtor in Stillwater, I don't think you could find anyone better than Alane. You can look up her awards online and figure out that she does a lot of deals. Her success is not because she's looking to get a deal done. In fact, there is no pressure at all coming from her. She's just in the business to make friends and help people find what they're looking for, and she does a great job at both.

Alane is very personable and easy to communicate with. Our house sold in one day which made it possible for us to move quicker than expected to our new home out of state. She helped us in knowing exactly what to fix and what really wasn't necessary as the new homeowners would want their own touches on certain things. One of the special things she did, was to include our daughter with special needs in the process, always asking her opinion and letting her sign informal documents. We would definitely use her again!
