Seller reviewAlane is very personable and easy to communicate with. Our house sold in one day which made it possible for us to move quicker than expected to our new home out of state. She helped us in knowing exactly what to fix and what really wasn't necessary as the new homeowners would want their own touches on certain things. One of the special things she did, was to include our daughter with special needs in the process, always asking her opinion and letting her sign informal documents. We would definitely use her again!
