As a professional and dynamic realtor, I am most passionate about guiding people as a trusted advisor through any buying process from start to finish. Selling and buying my own home made me understand the importance of walking such a journey with a professional. Even though we hired a realtor, the whole process was stressful, having to follow up on the process ourselves and solve various issues with the attorneys, bank, and other real estate industry players until we achieved results. Inspired by this, I became a realtor so as to share the same joy of homeownership with others. I pride myself on being available at all times via call, text, or email to take the stress out of each real estate process.
My varied experience ranges from being a Coordinator for Glenlora Home Outreach to Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk at Twin Oaks Tennis Club; a unique blend of expertise that further elevates my well-rounded service provision. In addition, I have attained several academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education, YRT 200 Hour Teacher Certification, and a Certificate in Medical Billing & Coding. I am objective, analytical, critical, and proactive when offering creative real estate solutions.
As a friendly and trustworthy agent, fostering lasting relationships along the way truly inspires me to remain motivated no matter the situation. In my free time, I love practicing yoga, playing tennis, hiking, listening to music, taking road trips, and hanging out with family & friends.

She is a very positive person, even when things may not have been going according to plan she had a way of keeping our spirits high. She handled the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new home perfectly. She stays on top of everything so nothing slips through the cracks. Extremely patient with my children, even willing to entertain them so we can thoroughly look through a home without a distraction. There's not enough time to tell you how amazing Alayne is. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience in selling or purchasing a home. I promise you, there will be no disappointment.

Buyer reviewAlayne Rogers was absolutely the best. She was always prepared and ready to hit the ground running as well as very accommodating. Alayne is knowledgeable and offered a lot of information along the way. Additionally, once we identified the house, she was going above and beyond, ie calling city to find out about town board meetings, finding out about permits, process etc. Alayne was always reachable by phone or email, day, evening and weekends. She was a pleasure to work with.
