As a professional and dynamic realtor, I am most passionate about guiding people as a trusted advisor through any buying process from start to finish. Armed with a hustler's ambition, determination, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit, I will stop at nothing short of ensuring my client's ultimate success. Selling and buying my own homes made me understand the challenges the process entails. Inspired by this, I became a realtor so as to share the same joy of homeownership with others. I pride myself on being available at all times via call, text, or email to take the stress out of each real estate process guiding and explaining the steps as we walk through the transaction together. My varied experience ranges from being a Coordinator for Glenlora Home Outreach to Office Manager at Sparkes Acupuncture and Front Desk at Twin Oaks Tennis Club; a unique blend of expertise that further elevates my well-rounded service provision. In addition, I have attained several academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education, YRT 200 Hour Teacher Certification, and a Certificate in Medical Billing & Coding. I am objective, analytical and proactive when offering creative real estate solutions. As a friendly and trustworthy agent, fostering lasting relationships along the way truly inspires me to remain motivated no matter the situation. In my free time, I love practicing yoga, hiking, listening to music, taking road trips, and hanging out with family & friends in nature.

Seller reviewAlayne went above and beyond in helping me sell my house. From assisting with my estate sale to open houses to inspections right through the closing (I was in Alaska at the time of closing) I was not living in the home during the sale period and Alayne took care of everything when I couldn't be there. I couldn't have done it without her. She was available whenever I called or texted and she communicated everything to me clearly and on time. She's not only knowledgeable and helpful but she's truly a very kind and nice person. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She made what can be a stressful time painless and easier. And for that I am truly grateful. Thank You Alayne and her husband who stepped in last minute when help was needed.

She worked with my husband and I (first time home buyers) for almost a year during this competitive housing market and managed to make it fun and enjoyable. Alayne was always extremely responsive and attentive with any questions or needs we had. She did not pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with, and had our backs when dealing with a difficult closing. Overall our experience with Alayne was wonderful I would highly recommend her!
