Buyer reviewSherri was a joy to work with on finding our new home. She listened to what we were oooking for and provided us a list of homes meeting our needs. When viewing she helped us narrow down the search quickly by understanding what was important to us and not spending time in places that would not work. Her communication from the beginning to end was quick, effective, and helpful. We always know where we were in the process and what was coming next. I cannot recommend Sherri enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She helped me purchase my townhouse; and five years later, there wasn't a hesitation or doubt that she would be my realtor of choice for selling "said townhouse", and purchasing another home --she is that AMAZING! She's clear eyed, tells it how it is, knows it all, and tough enough to get what you want/need from all the various parties involved in every convoluted step of buying real estate. She's also hilarious and kind - a true partner I genuinely enjoyed collaborating with through the ups and downs of the process. I was a first time homebuyer who successfully assumed a VA loan at 2.25%. Yup, 2.25%. Billie knew more about assumptions that anyone else I talked to (including the lenders own representatives...) and guided me through the steps and process to get this "unicorn" (her words) purchase done. Billie is your woman. I highly recommend her without hesitation to be your agent!!
