Seller reviewWe selected Kate Christofides based a recommendation from another agent we worked with as a buyer's rep. She knew our house would sell quickly and helped to stage the sale in a way that had her working with a "downsizer". (Adding another person to the mix must have been a challenge for her.) Kate assured us that some of things we were proposing to get ready were not needed and fiscally not worth it. Her judgement was right. The house sold the first day it was listed for substantially over list with NO contingencies and the 60 day lease back we needed. Kate managed to sale while we were out of the country and all went well.
