Buyer reviewThere is simply not enough space in this review to emphasize why Kate is absolutely the best! She took our needs and rolled with them quickly to get us into houses and had a network of people she was able to refer us to that helped us in every aspect of the purchase, move, and after. She is awesome! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

During our showings, she pointed out issues or considerations I wouldn't have noticed on my own, which helped me make thoughtful, informed decisions. She also had extensive knowledge of the local area, which was incredibly helpful since we weren't locals. I would enthusiastically recommend Kate to anyone looking to purchase in the area.

Seller reviewWe selected Kate Christofides based a recommendation from another agent we worked with as a buyer's rep. She knew our house would sell quickly and helped to stage the sale in a way that had her working with a "downsizer". (Adding another person to the mix must have been a challenge for her.) Kate assured us that some of things we were proposing to get ready were not needed and fiscally not worth it. Her judgement was right. The house sold the first day it was listed for substantially over list with NO contingencies and the 60 day lease back we needed. Kate managed to sale while we were out of the country and all went well.
