Seller reviewAlex was representing both parties during this sale. I was the seller and his sister was the buyer. Despite going into it thinking "suuuuuuureeee he's going to be representing me", Alex had earned 100% of my trust within minutes of meeting him. There was never a time where I felt like he wasn't genuinely looking out for my very best interest. Alex was the perfect realtor, and I truly wish he could be my realtor everywhere I go for the rest of my life. I couldn't have asked for more trustworthy, kind, and understanding representation.

Buyer reviewAlex, Both Barb and I were so pleased to have you in our lives as well as finding us our new home in Bloomington. I haven't told my brother yet that we only live a few miles from him. I plan telling him as soon as we finish unpacking the remains boxes. We also want to thank you for introducing us to Nora Noblitt who was the C21 agent for our previous home in a Seymour.
