During inspections she was alert, during open houses she pointed out details we would not have noticed, and during the offer stages her suggestions were always made with care and knowing our needs up front. She was fully transparent, and gave us her opinion when we asked in order to help ease our decision-making process. She was extremely helpful during the P&S process as well, again using her years of experience to help include considerations we again would not have thought of. Even at closing, Alice made sure everything we needed was accommodated. Alice is a fantastic agent, and we loved working with her.
