We gave her a lot of parameters for the type of home and the area we were interested in, and she was constantly on the lookout for new listings that fit our needs and description (which was VERY specific, not an easy task!). She worked tirelessly to negotiate a better price for us, ultimately bringing the sale price down beyond what we thought would even be possible. She was able to keep us, our lender, our attorney, and the buyer's agent all on the same page to make sure that our very early closing date was met. Though the area we were interested in wasn't one that Alice had sold many homes in before, she did so much additional research for us, including reaching out to local agents to get EVEN more information to ensure we were getting the best price possible and that we understood the specifics of the area we were buying in. Alice cares deeply for her clients and genuinely wants each of them to find their dream home for the best price possible.
