Alison came to the house prepared with a list of things she will do to sell the house and she did not come across shy. She sold me on her ability to effectively advertise the house. Although I felt the other agent would do many of the same things Alison made me feel confident that she would activity work to sell the house. She sold the house in less than 3 weeks.
