Seller reviewThis was our first house sale ever and Allison did an excellent job making the experience as easy as possible. Allison was with us every step along the way and was avaible 24/7 for questions or comments, no matter how insignificant or dumb your question was. She broke down the whole home selling process for us and was "holding our hand" the entire way. Allison is also very trustworthy and is someone you can count on with all your assests. She was even willing to help drive my wife and kids to the airport as we were leaving the state. Thank you so much!

Selling a home in California while living in Pennsylvania seemed impossible. But Allison led us every step of the way with her invaluable expertise and kind, caring manner. She even recommended top notch construction workers to do the needed repairs (which she accurately suggested) while overseeing their completion! Saying she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Does she know her business? Our home went under contract three days after it went on the market! This whole transaction was so much easier and, yes, even delightful because of Allison! We most highly recommend her. She's the best! We trusted Allison to choose the new flooring and paint color for our home, as she has so much knowledge in what buyers are looking for in that particular area. She did a remarkable job! The house went under contract three days after going on the market. We could not have found a better realtor anywhere else! If there was a higher category than "excellent", we would have chosen that!
