Seller reviewFrom the start of the process, Allison was quick to respond and thoroughly explained the process. She always answer any questions we had in a reasonable time and went far and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible and headache free. We lived about 2.5 hiurs away from our property and we never had to make any unnecessary trips thanks to her and Century 21's technology, which makes it easy to sign any documents you need. Her professionalism and work ethics was more than impressive. She was always punctual and kept us updated with any pertinent information we requested or required. Whenever we had work done to the house, Allison offered to be present to avoid us the trip and we did not have to worry about her showing up on time or updating us on the work being done. I couldn't recommend anyone better than Allison and I would love to work with her again whenever my wife and I are ready to buy a house again.

She spent the day in San Diego and when she returned home her internet was down and had to go into the office to send me critical documents to ensure we got our offer accepted by the seller.
