I took a leap of faith into a new career and it has proven to have made me a successful full-time Realtor. My extensive experience working with people to identify their needs and achieve positive outcomes has allowed me to easily transition that skill set to working with buyers and sellers in various real estate transactions. I 'm passionate and sincerely invested in my clients' best interest, which becomes apparent after the first meeting. My previous career has also equipped me with expertise in areas such as motivational interviewing, negotiating and conflict-resolution.
I am (mostly) a lifelong resident of CT, I have lived along the shoreline in New Haven County and right outside the heartbeat in Hartford County, providing me with a broad knowledge of the towns, local communities and everything CT has to offer.

Seller reviewAllison is a go-getter who gets the job done! She sold a friend's house a few years ago and my friend raved about Allison selling her house, so she recommended Allison to me. Allison was wonderfully responsive and clear. Every call, text or email she was on it right away. She was direct with the buyer and pushed to finish the sale at a good price. Even with challenges beyond her control, she kept cool and forged ahead to finish up the sale. She is a great realtor and asset to the Century 21 Clemens Group!

Buyer reviewHaving never bought a short sale before, I was unsure of the process. Allison was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, navigating the ins and out of the short sale and the VA loan process. By working with her and her team, I was able to get a great deal at an amazing rate on an amazing home. The mortgage brokers, Sal Morabito and Luisa, Allsion set me up with were able to beat the rate I had gotten on my own, from a national veteran friendly bank. In addition the home inspector Allison recommended was incredibly through. I would definitely use Allison Eddy- Bavaro in the future, and would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
