Allison couldn't have done a better job guiding me through my first time home-buying process from start to finish. We got to know each-other quite well as we worked through a lengthy and convoluted property transaction due to lots of unforeseen complications with this particular property. Allison started showing me homes in early 2018 and would make time every time I wanted to view a property until I found the one and went under contract in June 2019. She offered her honest input and professional guidance which helped me navigate the confusing world of real-estate. She always was on top of deadlines, and informed me of my responsibilities in the process every step of the way. She had a swift answer for EVERY question I asked, and I asked a lot. We finally closed in Feb 2020 after tons of complications came up outside of our control, and Allison remained fully invested in the deal and fought for me for those 8 long months. I cannot stress how easy Allison was to work with, and how approachable she is while maintaining absolute professionalism. I absolutely recommend her for anyone, especially someone buying their first home, just as I was.

Allison was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She had a feel for what we were looking for after the first couple houses and was able to suggest what we may like. Her kindness is refreshing as in this kind of business people forget how to treat people like people, working with people myself you eventually just go through the motions. However Allison has been very present and energetic and really makes you feel she's in it with you every step of the way. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to help find you're new home.
