Seller reviewAlyssa is truly a gem. I was completely overwhelmed with the prospect of selling my mother's property on behalf of her estate. The market in the area had softened considerably. Alyssa was right on point with me regarding an accurate pricing strategy. She was always professional, friendly, and communicative every step of the way. Alyssa was honest about the current market while still being optimistic about the prospect of a timely sale in the current market. Her knowledge of the industry is beyond important and was critical in the buying process. I trusted her feedback immensely, and she made me feel as if I was The only client she had. Alyssa was responsive, to the point of making offers on my behalf while on family vacation and late at night, none of which was expected. Alyssa kept me in the loop throughout the closing process and helped me to easily get done what I needed to get done while being understanding of my busy schedule with work.
