Seller reviewAlyssa was amazing to work with. She has so much knowledge of the area to help sell our property. She went above and beyond for what we asked. Buyer reviewAlyssa had some challenges to help us as we were shopping from West VA. She sent us many houses to look at, and listened to our comments to tune her recommendations over time. On our last day in S.C., she called us and said 'I found exactly what you are looking for!' We met her, and decided to make an offer. She exactly understood what we were looking for. After signing a contract and returning to West VA, she called us to tell us that the seller had a change of heart and didn't want to sell. We agreed to allow that. Alyssa kept working with us via email, and we found what we thought would be the perfect house. She did a Video Walk through live for us, and made an offer and bought the house site unseen. When we finally got to see it in person we were both delighted with our new house. Alyssa is a hard working agent,and has a very positive attitude.
