Seller reviewAfter 6 months being frustrated with a different "seasoned" agent, Alyssa Holmes was a breath of fresh air. She was very honest with us about the sales price and existing competition in our area. She was always seeking feedback from showings and other agents. I never waited more than 5 minutes for a return call. She knows the area, the people and the market. If I buy or sell again she will be my agent. Buyer reviewAlyssa was excellent, I was fortunate that she was available that first day and I got to deal with the best person for me. She was on top of sending me listings, meeting me to show them and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She stayed on top of the other party requesting them to answer questions and assuring that they did so in a timely manner. She came to the closing and actually realized that one of the amendments had not been included which saved me $300+. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and if I ever buy or sell in Myrtle Beach area I will definitely contact her.
