Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer, Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is always quick to respond and would meeting me quickly anytime a house of interest came on the market. Once our offer was accepted, Amanda continued helping by reviewing our inspection report and getting professionals out to look at the house all while I was on vacation. She is a very hand worker and we are thankful for her throughout this process.

Buyer reviewBefore I contact Amanda, I was with another broker, but when some friends advised me to work with Amanda and they praised her a lot for me, but after I met her and worked with her, she really surprised me with her personality and presence and impressed me with how much she loved her work and was making me pay attention to every little girl and Great in the process of buying a home and otherwise it has a sharp intelligence and speed of innovation and you can know what is going on in the customer's imagination and realize very well what to do for him and once you deal with it you can see the extent of her love and adoration of her work, it is really an example to follow With it, all this description is little for her, so I advise everyone who wants to buy a new home to use it and work with it.

Buyer reviewAmanda Speedy's knowledge about the entire home buying process is unmatched. She helped to educate us and had an answer for every question. I would call or text or email her frequently, in the morning and evening and she always answered the phone or responded within a few minutes. It was like 6am when I saw our home listed and I texted her, she responded within a few minutes, got us a showing later that morning, we made an offer and they accepted! We asked her how much to offer and she was just a hair under what it appraised for! We were very impressed. I asked her who she would recommend for the lender and also home owner's insurance after getting multiple quotes already, and we ended up going with both of her recommendations and couldn't have been happier. We will always recommend her to all of our friends and family. We had such a good experience working with her. When we sell this home in a few years when our kids are older we will definitely work with her to sell this home and buy another one. She has our business for life!
