Buyer reviewMeet Preet at a open house when looking for a condo for my son. Even though she was not representing us and we already had a agent for my son, she was more helpful and insightful than the agent we were working with. A few months later it was time for my mom and step dad to relocate to the Lynnwood area, I thought who better to call then Preet. With her being so helpful when not representing us I knew she would make a great agent for us when representing us. Many on the above list should have a more then Excellent option as far as it concerns Preet! Preet's an Allstar!!! Thank You so much Preet! We will be working with you again soon.

Buyer reviewMany Realtors don't want to work these days. Especially in the PNW where land values are high and sales are fast and furious, many agents have adopted the attitude of making the client do ALL their own research to protect themselves, they say. Everyone knows you can help find answers without assuming liability - and being the "professional" and not being willing to help is just frankly, not helpful. Preet is not like that. She's willing to dig into things to help find answers, make phone calls and send emails to help get bids, surveys, and other professional's opinions. Someone said, "you need an appraisal" and the next thing I knew Preet was ccing me on emails to three different companies to get bids. I found this to be very refreshing. The property we bought was just a small parcel of land. Her commission was modest, but her work ethic was still fierce. I would highly recommend Preet for your real estate needs.
