This was our first purchase and first time putting an offer - we wouldn't have been able to make it without Preet! The house had another offer that the seller was planning to accept that evening on the day we went to see the place. Preet explained the timeline, walked us through the contract jargons and made sure we were comfortable, while managing a very tight deadline. She coached us on how to make a strong offer and coordinated with the seller's agent. She worked round the clock for us and we are so thankful! After that, each step was planned so thoughtfully - and the recommended third parties (inspection, mortgage broker) were first class. We were in good hands from start to finish. From the time Preet Ubbi first contacted us until we got the keys to our new home Preet was there for us every step of the way with her knowledge, patience, wise advice and encouragement. We had a bit of fixing up to do to our condo to get it ready to sell and Preet was very helpful and supportive and patient with us during this process which ended taking almost a year as my wife Rita and I lead very busy lives and we had to juggle working and finding time to get our condo in a sellable condition in our spare time. Preet was always there for us ready for suggestions, support and her experience guiding us on this journey of finding our perfect home. Meet Preet at a open house when looking for a condo for my son. Even though she was not representing us and we already had a agent for my son, she was more helpful and insightful than the agent we were working with. A few months later it was time for my mom and step dad to relocate to the Lynnwood area, I thought who better to call then Preet. Many Realtors don't want to work these days. Especially in the PNW where land values are high and sales are fast and furious, many agents have adopted the attitude of making the client do ALL their own research to protect themselves, they say. Everyone knows you can help find answers without assuming liability - and being the "professional" and not being willing to help is just frankly, not helpful. Preet is not like that. She's willing to dig into things to help find answers, make phone calls and send emails to help get bids, surveys, and other professional's opinions. Someone said, "you need an appraisal" and the next thing I knew Preet was ccing me on emails to three different companies to get bids. I found this to be very refreshing.
