Buyer reviewBuying a home proved more complicated than selling one! Amber had guided me as we sold the condo in January. I started looking for an investment house come April- and her gentle nudging away from homes that fitted my budget and primary criteria and towards other neighborhoods proved to be essential in my final choice. She made my search exciting and successful! AND she found answers to my many questions. AND her recommendation of a mortgage broker is saving me many, many dollars!! Thank god we took the risk because she is extrodinary. Incredibly hard working, knowledgable, and communicative. She got us our dream home and was able to negotiate exactly what we wanted.

Seller reviewAmber started out as a helpful neighbor. After the hurricane destroyed our neighborhood I listed my demolished house with her. She got it sold while I was out of state, despite the fact that seemingly the whole area was for sale. And when a tacky-tack open permit threatened the closing she spent two days at the city offices resolving the issue and closed the deal. On top of her expertise and diligence she's a genuinely nice person who is a pleasure to work with. If I ever return to the area I will definitely hire Amber again.
