Seller reviewOur home had flooded 6 months prior to us needing to move to Orlando to be closer to family. We had an unknown market place because every house was for sale in our neighborhood it seemed after the flood. Amber helped set our property apart and was able to advise us on how to make our house the one to stand out. We sold our house for more than any in our area were selling for and it a fast time. Seller reviewWe initially listed for sale by owner and struggled with multiple offers falling through because we did not have the skills or knowledge to properly vet people who were buying in Shore Acres. Amber reached out through a referral and offered assistance without being pushy. We evenutally went with her as our realtor. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable, even helping us to board up our house before an impending hurricane. We were set to close on the day of the hurricane when our home FLOODED on closing day. What a nightmare. Amber helped us with the entire renconstruction process, saving us a TON of time and headaches as we'd already moved out of St Pete. She was incredible to work with throughout the selling process and I could not recommend anyone more highly. 10 stars!
