Buyer reviewAmy went above and beyond during our whole process. After meeting Amy at one of her open houses, she reached out when another house came on the market that she thought we might like. Unfortunately the timing wasn't right for us for that one, but she kept us in mind for over a year! Once we were ready to start looking again she jumped right in with us. We found our home one Friday afternoon and she had an appointment to show us the house by that evening! She is always prepared. During the inspection when we found a roof leak, Amy had plenty of paper towels on hand and was soaking up all of the water out of the carpet! Even laid out extras while contacting the seller to let them know. I would definitely recommend Amy for your house buying needs!

Amy understood our needs, helped find the home of our dreams, and did not let COVID-19 stop us from closing in less than 30 days with a VA loan. Amy gave us a great recommendation for inspection, followed through on seller repairs, and went out of her way to ALWAYS keeping us well informed at all times. She guided us through every hurdle with complete confidence and consummate competence. She was a master, every step of the way. I consider myself, lucky. Lucky the day I cold called Amy and asked her if she sold houses in the Montclair area. An hour later, she came to our house, we met, we talked, she answered every question. One minute after she and Dan left, I looked at my wife, she looked at me, and almost at the same time we said: She's the one.
