Seller reviewAs everyone must know: selling your house is a very emotional stressful situation. Amy made it easy. She guided us through every hurdle with complete confidence and consummate competence. She was a master, every step of the way. I consider myself, lucky. Lucky the day I cold called Amy and asked her if she sold houses in the Montclair area. An hour later, she came to our house, we met, we talked, she answered every question. One minute after she and Dan left, I looked at my wife, she looked at me, and almost at the same time we said: She's the one.

Buyer reviewFrom the beginning of the process, Amy was a go getter. She took what our preferences were for a property and presented us properties that she believed that we would like. She was always willing to take us to see properties and answered questions whenever we had them after our appointments. Once we found the property we wanted, she was thorough with any and all paperwork. She worked extra hard with the seller to negotiate the price and closing costs. She was more than willing to work around our busy schedules when it came to filling in paperwork. In the future, Amy will certainly be our go to for any real estate needs and we highly recommend her to anyone.

During the process, she held many open houses for the property, where she met many potential buyers. She was able to identify good buyers and after doing thorough background checks, she presented the best buyers to us. Throughout the escrow process, she walked us through every step, ensuring we didn't have any questions and concerns. Her knowledge and hard work throughout the process made it easy and stress free for us.
