Buyer reviewThis is the second home Andrea sold to me and I think she is fabulous. Respectful, not pushy, honest. She had the choice of pushing me toward one of her listing and another agents and she pushed the other agents because she thought it would better suit my needs. She is thorough and professional. If she left Century 21 I would follow her to her next position.

Buyer reviewI called Andrea at 10:45 at night when I found my dream house. She answered and said we could see it the next day. We had a showing, but there were already offers on it. She was up front with me and told me I needed to submit a good offer soon if I was going to have a shot at getting the property. She helped me negotiate the terms in this crazy seller's market and offer a fair price. She even encouraged me to write a letter, which in the end is the reason my offer was chosen. Andrea was in constant communication and even offered a second showing to some extended family. She provided a list of suggested people to use for inspections, too. She gave me every resource. The best part was, she stuck to MY terms. She did not try to sell me something I couldn't afford, and she was respectful to my specific parameters, knowing that it would be hard to find what I was looking for. It was a long shot to get this house, but because of Andrea, I'm holding the keys! I would recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewAndrea was right by our side through all phases of the hunt for, and ultimately the purchase of our first home! From the first discussion we had with Andrea I knew that we had a great person by our side. I honestly believe that without all of her help and her established reputation in the community, we would still be out searching for a home and be very discouraged. Being one-step removed from the emotions of the deal allowed Andrea to provide us with a valuable perspective, and keep us motivated through all of the ups and downs. She always told us that the right house will come along, and that we would have as good of a chance as anyone to own it. With a highly competitive market it was a little hard to believe that our dreams would be answered, but we pulled it off! We are just beginning to get settled in, and still cannot believe that things worked out the way that they did - simply amazing! I have a lot of suggestions to offer to people who are beginning their search and the most important one is that you need to pick the best people to be on your team! I have no doubt that Andrea was the best Realtor we could have ever found, a first round draft pick no doubt!
