Buyer reviewAndrea was right by our side through all phases of the hunt for, and ultimately the purchase of our first home! From the first discussion we had with Andrea I knew that we had a great person by our side. I honestly believe that without all of her help and her established reputation in the community, we would still be out searching for a home and be very discouraged. Being one-step removed from the emotions of the deal allowed Andrea to provide us with a valuable perspective, and keep us motivated through all of the ups and downs. She always told us that the right house will come along, and that we would have as good of a chance as anyone to own it. With a highly competitive market it was a little hard to believe that our dreams would be answered, but we pulled it off! We are just beginning to get settled in, and still cannot believe that things worked out the way that they did - simply amazing! I have a lot of suggestions to offer to people who are beginning their search and the most important one is that you need to pick the best people to be on your team! I have no doubt that Andrea was the best Realtor we could have ever found, a first round draft pick no doubt!

She was especially kind interrupting her private time with her husband to handle my needs. If she had not told me she was out of town, I would have never know. She effortlessly scheduled and accomodated inspections and re-visits. I am very grateful to her for all that she did.

The sale closed when slated and she helped iron out all the glitches that arose during the process. In my opinion she is second to none among realtors in the Greater Grand Traverse Area.
