Buyer reviewAndrea was a wonderful agent to work with. Her local knowledge was fantastic and she truly understood the dynamics of how the student needs are impacted by the house locations. We originally started talking to her about a different house but she helped us find a much better house in a perfect location that resulted in a much better economic deal for us. She helped us buy and sell and even when we were buying out of state and she had to bring in an associate to help, she stayed engaged and caring about our issues and needs. She definitely helped guide me theu selling my house with some third-partt issues and delays too. Andrea is awesome (I'm saying it twice!). She's our agent for the future and she should be yours too!

The area I was looking to buy was unfamiliar to both of us and she was still completely committed to helping me when she could have referred me to someone who was closer to the area The market is ridiculously difficult right now for anyone who has a smaller budget and we still managed to make it fun rather than getting frustrated. I was lucky enough to get the home I really wanted

I messaged Andrea who responded right away late at night we were able to see the home the following day. She was prompt, professional and had a fantastic sense of humor and wonderful demeanor. When my husband was sick with COVID she put our minds at ease by showing up for the inspection for us and following close detail to what should be attended to. EVERYTHING was made simple for us as first time home buyers with our company. We had a lot of very special circumstances and she was excellent! She really understood us as a couple and made it possible for us to get our dream home as well as a wonderful farm for our company.
