Andrea is so knowledgeable you can't beat the experience. She is a go getter and works tireslesy to get the job done. I wouldnt use anyone else to buy or sell a house.

In my search for the perfect place, Andrea showed me many houses over several months and even arranged for a colleague of hers to spend a Saturday showing me houses when she was out of town. She helped me get out of a contract and get my earnest money back when, upon inspection, the house had more problems than I wanted to deal with. We found the right place and closed last week. She is knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend Andrea.

Andrea worked with us for MONTHS to find a house for my mom in the area, and she was SO available, patient, and proactive while we were looking. Mom ended up buying our house and Andrea was our realtor for the purchase of a different one. We've been so appreciative of Andrea's time, energy, and professionalism through this multi-household family saga, and I've already recommended her to friends around Hamilton and Oxford!

We were lost during the house search, and originally started working with another realtor, who wasn't acting as an active advocate. After a friend recommended Andrea, we could easily see why they did! Andrea worked hard on the front end of our search (though certainly at every point in our journey to buying a house, too): she not only secured us viewings for houses that we were interested in seeing, she knew exactly what we wanted and set up viewings for other houses that fit our criteria--on the same day. We found our new home that day; the only true contenders were the two she'd located herself! She accommodated our busy schedule but booking them back-to-back and answering our questions VERY quickly (and answered some before we even had them). On the back end, she took care of everything for us: recommended affordable, quality housing inspectors, and arranging repairs and changes before closing to name just a few.

Andrea is a phenomenal sales agent. She went above and beyond to help me get my property ready to sell and help me secure my next housing option. She is absolutely the best!
