Andrea was more than a Realtor in this process. She was/is a friend. She knew what we wanted and she knew she was dealing with picky people. I always joked about how she was going to refer us to someone else, but the more I made that joke, it seemed the harder she worked to make us happy. I can not say enough about her. She is simply the best.

Andrea went out of her way to call experts she knew for a second opinion on what was found at the inspection. This helped with my peace of mind and to give me options on how to move forward. Andrea was there for me every step of the way whenever I needed her.

I couldn't speak more highly of my experience with Andrea. As a first time home buyer, I always had lots of questions that Andrea was always able to answer for me and in Timely manner. And though I know she's a busy lady, she always made time to answer any questions, send any requested documents, or call me and I never felt rushed or like a nuisance. When you buy a home, you hear how stressful it is and, though I had my Moments of anxiety and doubt, my experience was really smooth and I owe that to having such a great realtor. Any frustrations I had, she shared with me. Any doubts I had, she talked through with me. Any questions I had, she had the answer. She was very empathetic, Personable and candid which I couldn't appreciate more. As a home buyer you want to feel important and like a priority, because buying a home is such a big decision. Nobody wants to be treated like they are "just another client", and I never felt that way for a second with Andrea. She genuinely cared about me and the entire purchase process, even though I know she must have done this hundreds of times. Andrea does her job well, but it is her personality and ability to connect with me that struck me the most. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Andrea, and even after having bought our home, I know she's only a call away with any questions that I may have.
