Four agents were recommended to me by four different friends. So I looked online to see what I could find out about each one. I also prayed and asked God to lead me in my decision. I have to admit that my choice of Andrea Mayer was based more on HER than on the agency. I think I did GOOD. I felt that Andrea explained everything really well and answered my questions. I trusted her to help me through the process and I have been pleased with the results of her efforts. I would happily recommend her to family and friends. My husband has advanced dementia and was present at many of our early meetings. Andrea was always patient and understanding of his behavior and interruptions. She also considered his needs when scheduling meeting times since he behaves better in the morning. Andrea helped me find workers to do needed repairs requested by the buyers. I could never have made it through the past three months without Andrea Mayer's guidance. I will forever count her as a friend.
