Personal Profile
I have been serving clients in the Real Estate Industry since 2005. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and an Associate degree in Marketing, which I put to use every day in my Real Estate career! I acquired a lot of my training in Real Estate as a New Home Consultant at Lennar Homes from 2005 to 2011. In the new home industry, I learned the construction process and quality of materials used on a home, the mortgage process, the closing process, and most importantly customer service. Since then, I have gained the knowledge and skills to become a proficient, resourceful, and successful Realtor at Century 21 Beggins, one of the top agencies in the state of Florida.
Every year, I have been honored with the Centurion and Grand Centurion awards, which are given to top producers in sales volume. I have been recognized as a Top 250 realtor by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. I was named one of America's top real estate professionals by REAL Trends and as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. I'm now a member of "The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals," a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. I'm now ranked in the top one-half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 REALTORS® nationwide.
Prior to Real Estate, I worked at Swope, Rodante PA, where I learned many administration skills and served as assistant to Dale Swope, the top trial lawyer in the state.
I am a proud mother of two amazing daughters, one in college at the University of Florida and one in high school.
I have many hobbies including flying, golfing, traveling, and serving. I became a pilot in 2020 and love to learn and serve.
I strive to make quality service my number 1 priority, and my clients reward me with great referrals and high-quality satisfaction surveys. I am also a recipient of several quality service awards.

Seller reviewAndreina has got to be the most amazing realtor I've ever met. I saw her sign on another home she had sold quickly in my community and was very impressed when I researched her stats against other realtors. I just knew she was the one that would sell my home after having dealt with other realtors who were unsuccessful!!! Once I met her, her proffesiobalism, her kindness, her carding nature and her love for real estate and overall knowledge of the industry is really what made my decision easy!!! In a matter of weeks, this strong independent women had managed to do what no other realtor could do and she sold my home with ease. Selling a home has to be one of the most stressful events in someone's life and Andreina makes it seem like a walk in the park. If your shopping around trying to find the best realtor, I have to tell you she is by far the best this city has to offer!!?I plan on keeping her as my realtor for LIFE?

She was very attentive, followed up on every question we had and set us up for alerts. In this highly competitive market, being accessible is critical and Andi made herself available 24/7. When we were out of town, she would preview a property, FaceTime with us - whatever it took. Our search took time but we never felt like a bother to her. But then when we were ready to pull the trigger she was on top of the offer process and all the closing requirements. She noticed a last minute snag in the name of our Trust for the deed and got it corrected quickly.
