Personal Profile
I have been serving clients in the Real Estate Industry since 2005. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and an Associate degree in Marketing, which I put to use every day in my Real Estate career! I acquired a lot of my training in Real Estate as a New Home Consultant at Lennar Homes from 2005 to 2011. In the new home industry, I learned the construction process and quality of materials used on a home, the mortgage process, the closing process, and most importantly customer service. Since then, I have gained the knowledge and skills to become a proficient, resourceful, and successful Realtor at Century 21 Beggins, one of the top agencies in the state of Florida.
Every year, I have been honored with the Centurion and Grand Centurion awards, which are given to top producers in sales volume. I have been recognized as a Top 250 realtor by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. I was named one of America's top real estate professionals by REAL Trends and as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. I'm now a member of "The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals," a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. I'm now ranked in the top one-half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 REALTORS® nationwide.
Prior to Real Estate, I worked at Swope, Rodante PA, where I learned many administration skills and served as assistant to Dale Swope, the top trial lawyer in the state.
I am a proud mother of two amazing daughters, one in college at the University of Florida and one in high school.
I have many hobbies including flying, golfing, traveling, and serving. I became a pilot in 2020 and love to learn and serve.

Seller reviewMy family was selling our home in April of 2025 and the realtor we had made us feel like we weren't an important deal for him from the beginning. He tried to have us accept a deal 70k less than asking and when I told him that's unacceptable he told me to not be emotional about it. Then when we did eventually accept an offer, the buyers did strange things from the start like missing deadlines and leaving the country/becoming unavailable. When we asked our realtor if we should be concerned he made us feel like idiots for suggesting he didn't know what he was doing. After waiting 38 days on a 40 day close the buyers pulled out, we lost the chance at a new property we wanted and we had already packed the entire house. We were frustrated to say the least but we got in touch with Andi and she was very receptive to the things we went through and quickly got started. My wife gave birth during the second selling period and Andi worked around our schedule for everything. SHE IS THE BEST! 100/10!
